The Jeans have been cut to ride in, even on the aggressive riding position of sports bikes. With this in mind, RST have added stretch areas over the knee and in the seat for comfort and enhanced ergonomics.For rider protection, Level 2 CE armour is fitted to the hip and knee and the knee armour is 3-position adjustable for long-ride comfort on the bike, and ensuring that the protection is in the correct place for each individual rider. The Jeans have been awarded a CE certification rating of AAA, meaning that the protection on offer is the highest level, demanding four seconds of abrasion resistance with the machine spinning at 707.4rpm (the equivalent of 120km/h) in Zone 1 (Shoulders, Elbows, Hips and Knees), two seconds at 442.1rpm (about 75km/h) in Zone 2 (outer arms, torso, legs and feet) and one second at 265rpm (around 45km/h) in Zone 3 (inner arms, torso and legs).Additional features of the jeans include 4 outer pockets, Max Zips and Coats bonded Nylon thread which has been triple stitched for additional durability and strength.DuPont and Kevlar are trademarks of affiliates of DuPont de Nemours, Inc
