The "R. Shell Protection" is made of an all new proprietary 3-layer fabric, the UF 75Shell . The outer layer is an extremely compact, high-density woven polyamide, while the second layer is made of an avant-garde hydrophobic polyamide membrane with very high breathability (RET 4) and waterproofing of 15,000 mm / l. It is also constructed from SinAqua Pro Laminate waterproof lining, SinAqua Pro is an ultra-durable three-layer waterproof and breathable membrane which offers exceptional breathability 11500 g/m2/24h and a waterproof rating of over 15000mm/cm3. The inner lining is made from a nice Sherpa fleece. The cuffs are made using Velcro to allow the rider to get the best fit. The hoodie also comes with a 1/4 zip to easily get it on and off without the struggle of a full zip.This jacket comes with a waist draw cord to help find the best fit as well as a zipped side gusset. There are 3 outer pockets located in the hoodie to help with the storage of your items. The hood is also removable.This hoodie is CE Certification rating: A which means the protection on offer is deemed suitable for urban riding, with Zone 1 (Shoulders, Elbows, Hips and Knees) requiring one second of abrasion resistance at 265.3rpm and half a second at 147.4rpm in Zone 2 (outer arms, torso, legs and feet). It also has a pocket for a back protector (protector not included). The shoulder and elbow armour is rated to CE Level 1 which means the maximum transmitted force must be below 18 kN, and no single value shall exceed 24 kN.
