The new RUUT X is Rondo's most racy gravel bike in the collection. With product specs inspired by amateur cyclocross racing and fast gravel rides. This bike is built for CX racing on a muddy Sunday or a quick training session around your local trails. The RUUT X features lightweight components with a carbon aero handlebar and carbon seatpost, an 11-36T cassette with enough range and narrower spacing than typical 10-42t wide-range cassette, and fast and light 35mm tyres on HUNT aero wheels. This version of RUUT has everything that CX riders need, with the option to add bigger gravel tyres up to 45c for the ultimate off-road speed machine. It features a strong and lightweight aluminium frame, carbon TwinTip forks, a Shimano GRX 1x11 groupset and hydraulic disc brakes that take you anywhere with confidence and composure. Shimano GRX 11-Speed Drivetrain and Hydraulic Disc Brakes Designed with exceptional top-level performance in mind, this ride is built to be strong, lightweight and reliable, giving agility and control over rougher terrains. Plus, its Shimano GRX 11-Speed drivetrain gets you up the steepest hills, while GRX hydraulic disc brakes control your momentum on the descent. Finally, it rolls fast upon Rondo X Hunt Aero wheels wrapped in grippy Schwalbe X-One Allround tyres and features mounts for carrier racks and mudguards. Twin-Tip Fork Technology for Easy-Adjust Geometry This bike features Rondo's “TwinTip” forks, which enable the rider to change the geometry to suit the terrain/riding type. This is thanks to their adjustable dropouts, which can be set in the “HI” setting for steeper angles for a low and aggressive road bike feel, or the “LO” setting for a slightly longer wheelbase and slacker angles, making it ideal for endurance or off-road adventure riding.
