Description
Elegant silver bracelet set with freshwater pearls and authentic Roman glass. Originally developed from Hellenistic traditions, glass production was transformed in the 1st century AD with mouth blown vessels much prized. Pliny"s "Natural History" states that "the most highly valued glass is colourless and transparent, as closely as possible resembling rock crystal" .
