Description
The Rockshox Reverb has been at the top of the dropper post game since it's introduction in 2011. Now, Rockshox have introduced the next generation of dropper seatpost technology. Meet the Reverb AXS wireless dropper seatpost.Effortless electronic wireless actuation and infinite height adjustment with a single touchClean, simple and super fast to install no hoses to route or bleedNew Vent Valve technology is a simple, reliable built in service solution without disassembly of the seatpostSRAM AXS technology can be customised with AXS groupsets & componentsIncludes Rockshox AXS handlebar controller, rechargeable SRAM battery and chargerWhile the hydraulically-actuated Reverb stands as one of the best dropper posts you can buy, SRAM & Rockshox wanted more. They wanted it to be easier to actuate, easier to fit and more reliable. With the Reverb AXS they have succeeded on all fronts. The wireless design uses SRAM's latest AXS technology. The wireless design means no more bleeding, no more fishing around inside your frame for the hose. Just slide the post into your frame, sync it with the Rockshox AXS handlebar controller, fit your saddle and you're good to ride. It really is that simple. The Reverb AXS post is powered by a SRAM battery, which can be interchanged with other AXS components. The battery lasts for between 40-60 hours between charges, while the Rockshox AXS handlebar controller uses a standard CR2032 battery that lasts for nearly 2 years before it needs replacing. The wireless actuation not only eases fitting, but also improves ergonomics; the AXS handlebar controller requires just a single touch to provide infinite height adjustment, significantly reducing the effort required to actuate the post. A small detail, but it adds up to reduced fatigue on longer rides and descents, so you can focus on the riding. The Reverb AXS also features new Vent Valve technology. The air and oil in the post are separated by a seal, but sometimes they can mix. This leads to post feeling squishy and sagging a few mm when weighted. The Vent Valve allows you to remedy this in seconds, without needing to disassemble the post. Rockshox wanted to make the Reverb perform better and last longer. The new Reverb AXS has succeeded and the already high bar set by the Reverb has been raised even higher.
