The professional-quality knives have fully forged blades made from high-quality carbon steel, with full tang POM plastic handles that are comfortable to hold. The block features an integrated sharpener in each knife slot, which maintain the sharpness of the knife edge each time they are removed and replaced into the block. The bread knife slot does not contain a sharpener. The block set is easy to use, the perfect way to store your knives.
