A fully forged stainless steel Santoku knife with a 14cm blade and comfortable ergonomic handle. The Santoku knife is a Japanese-style knife similar to a narrow cleaver and can be used for chopping, dicing and mincing, hence its name which means 'three virtues'. This knife is particularly suitable for cutting thin slices of fish or meat.
