Richardson Sheffield is Great Britain's master of the art of forging. The Kyu collection, from Richardson Sheffield, blends Japanese style with European craftsmanship for a unique fusion. This knife, from the Kyu collection, is made from extremely hard chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel, with a hardness of 55HRC +/-2, as measured on the Rockwell scale. The non-slip ABS plastic handle also fits comfortably in your hand.
