Part of a collection inspired by the tattoos of the Tuareg Berbers – ethnic inhabitants of the Sahara region – it's handcrafted in Italy from 18kt rose gold with a single solid band and a bar that's frosted with glittering diamonds in a pavé setting, then strung from a double-layered chain.
