The Redlands 8' x 6' Crazy Cottage Playhouse is the ideal two storey playhouse for your kids to create endless fun all day long. With plenty of space for your crazy little adventurers to play the cottage not only offers an ideal garden hideaway but the high quality build ensures the safety of your children while they play. The door features ultra safe hinges with a rubber protector to prevent accidents. A magnetic safety catch keeps the door in position. The windows are made from 2mm styrene safety glass featuring an attractive Georgian style. Manufactured from high grade 12mm shiplap timber boards protected with our instantly recognisable red cedar water based treatment. Both the floor and roof are constructed from robust 12mm tongue & groove boards with mineral felt added to the roof for additional protection against the elements. All timber used within the production of our buildings has been certified as being harvested from a legal and sustainable source. This product comes with the Redlands Garden Buildings 10 year guarantee included. Offering protection against general timber rot and decay - the guarantee does not cover the product against timber splits or warping which may occur naturally over time. Please Note: It is essential that the product is assembled in accordance with the instructions supplied on a firm and level base constructed from a suitably durable material. It should also be treated shortly after assembly and then annually thereafter with an appropriate high quality preservative.
