The Redlands 4' x 4' Shiplap Pet House With 4' Run offers a quiet and relaxing outdoor home for your pet. Suitable for a variety of animals and can be used in a number of locations to suit your garden. This version of the Oren pet house includes an integrated 4' run enabling your pet to have a secure outdoor space to move around. The run has a metal mesh wall, making it extremely well lit. A sliding side door and large front door allows for easy access to both yourself and your pet. The external run also has a built in large door panel to allow you easy access to your pet and is secured by a reliable pad bolt. Manufactured from high grade 12mm shiplap timber boards protected with our instantly recognisable red cedar water based treatment. Both the floor and roof are constructed from robust 12mm tongue & groove boards with mineral felt added to the roof for additional protection against the elements. All timber used within the production of our buildings has been certified as being harvested from a legal and sustainable source. This product comes with the Redlands Garden Buildings 10 year guarantee included. Offering protection against general timber rot and decay - the guarantee does not cover the product against timber splits or warping which may occur naturally over time. Please Note: It is essential that the product is assembled in accordance with the instructions supplied on a firm and level base constructed from a suitably durable material. It should also be treated shortly after assembly and then annually thereafter with an appropriate high quality preservative.
