Description
The Redlands 20' x 8' Studio Summer House is a contemporary style garden building that can be utilised as a workspace as well as a place to relax. The building features mortice & tenoned windows and double doors which come with toughened double glazing as standard. This summer house is also very flexible as you can choose what configuration to have the front facing door and windows and adjust the building to your garden's features. The timber is pressure treated for extra durability and comes with a 15 years anti-rot guarantee, and the EPDM rubber membrane roof with a small overhang provides great protection from the elements. To add extra security this building comes with a 5 lever lock. All timber used within the production of our buildings has been certified as being harvested from a legal and sustainable source. This product comes with the Redlands Garden Buildings 10 year guarantee included. Offering protection against general timber rot and decay - the guarantee does not cover the product against timber splits or warping which may occur naturally over time. Please Note: It is essential that the product is assembled in accordance with the instructions supplied on a firm and level base constructed from a suitably durable material. It should also be treated shortly after assembly and then annually thereafter with an appropriate high quality preservative.
