Description
RTR specialises in performance and styling parts for modern Ford Mustang vehicles, bringing the skill and passion of World Champion drifter Vaughn Gittin Jr to the road, as well as supporting his 900hp drift machine competing every year. Also notably involved in the building of the fire spitting, earth shattering Hoonigan RTR driven by Ken Block.
This watch is crafted from pieces of Vaughn's 2017 drift car, using carbon fibre from panels to make the dial, as well as forged carbon and aluminium making up the bezel. Each watch is unique, and there are 350 pieces produced worldwide. Taking the standard P51 case, they have added unique styling cues from his previous iconic builds, such as the signature RTR grill in green, as well as the green and primarily black colour scheme with pops of green, orange and blue to accentuate the style.
The watch is fitted with an automatic movement, with power reserve indicator designed to match the Mustang fuel guage, and the auomatic rotor designed to match the multispoke rims fitted to his cars.
