1960s Bauhaus space age table lamp by Kaiser Leuchten. Amazing bright yellow heavy metal stem & base with rotating metal shade. Completely cleaned, rewired & PAT tested safe & ready to go. This lamp is in almost mint amazing condition with minimal signs of use & age ( please see pictures ). Kaiser Leuchten (Gebr. Kaiser & Co. Leuchten KG) was founded in 1895 by Hermann Kaiser. Originally Kaiser produced parts for other lighting producers but then they began making petroleum lamps & instruments for cooking. As the electrical revolution began, Kaiser began to make parts for electrical lighting. After WWII, Kaiser Leuchten became amongst the largest lighting companies in the world. Due to their production of lights designed by renowned Bauhaus designer Christian Dell, Kaiser lamps & lights became one of the most sought after ever made.
