Slipping, sliding and travelling sideways are all familiar moves for these dune buggies which can accelerate from 0-60mph in 5.8 seconds, so although they may look relatively harmless, they are certainly capable of reaching hair-raising speeds in the blink of an eye.This experience is perfect for anyone who would appreciate the chance to test their mettle against two of the most entertaining machines around. This experience lasts around 2½ to 3 hours and starts with a warm welcome and drivers will be asked to sign in before being given a briefing which will prepare them for driving these two incredible vehicles. Then, it’s time to get kitted up with a safety helmet before heading out to the specially designed rally track for some seriously intense fun.The quad safari track is the perfect place to really find out what these powerful machines can do as it is purpose-built to provide plenty of excitement. Riders will have to hold their nerve as they take on a series of gullies and inclines, keep their cool as they tackle water hazards and find out what they are really made of as they pit their wits against the ‘wall of death’. After an hour of high-octane excitement on the quad bike, it’s time to switch to the dirt buggy for even more white-knuckle driving action and a chance to compare and contrast the two vehicles to see which provides the most exciting ride.
