Engineered Mesh Upper
To ensure optimised breathability and a comfortable wearing experience, the ForeverRun Nitros utilise an engineered mesh upper. The premium construction allows a constant supply of airflow, therefore ensuring that even when things begin to heat up, feet will remain cool and comfortable. Not only this, but the uppers have moisture-wicking properties, helping to prevent the build-up of sweat and moisture within the shoes, therefore keeping feet dry and feeling fresh. PWRTAPE reinforcements feature in high-wearing areas of the shoes for enhanced durability and protection against bumps and scrapes during running. Additionally, PWRTAPE provides you extra levels of support, to provide structure as well as support the foot and reduce in-shoe movement. Adding support at the heel, the shoes have a TPU heel support which helps stabilise during foot strike. Finally, a traditional lace-up closure enhances the fit of the shoes, helping to get the perfect feel, whilst also reducing in-shoe slippage from occurring and keeping your foot locked in.
NITRO Foam MidsoleMade from Puma's innovative Nitrogen-infused foam technology, NITRO Foam, the ForeverRun Nitro provides you with explosive energy return and exceptional levels of underfoot cushioning. This lightweight midsole has a dual-density construction, with a softer core and firmer rim, for excellent propulsion and shock absorption in one package. The combination will not only allow you to stride more naturally with a propulsive lift-off but, will prevent injuries or discomfort from occurring underfoot, allowing you to concentrate solely on the journey ahead. Within the midsole is Puma's RUNGUIDE technology which is a firmer-density foam guide rail that has been designed to keep your foot aligned and centred through each stride. Finally, the midsole features a supportive insole which optimises the feeling of proprioception and helps to better distribute stress.
PUMAGRIP OutsoleTo ensure exceptional grip and traction across a range of surfaces and terrains. The outsole is highly durable, meaning it is perfect for all-surface traction, including wet ground, due to the durable yet soft level of grip. The flared rubber outsole and wider medial rubber segments help to stabilise late pronation, for extra support and exceptional grip when running, therefore providing a firm base for you to push off from, allowing a more efficient gait cycle.
