PUMA's Fast Rider is one of the brand's true trailblazers. Landing in the '80s, the runner signalled a real turning point for the brand as they began experimenting with all-new cushioning technology underfoot. The final result? A supportive PU wedge midsole which provided shock absorption and comfort in equal measure. Its nylon and supportive suede uppers helped to keep the pair lightweight, while its unique 'Federbein' lugged outsole delivered much-needed traction for multi-surface running.
