In the spring, before the appearance of leaves, this lovely tree produces exquisitely scented, delicate pink flowers, which your local wildlife will adore. As summer evolves into autumn, the leaves will change from green to oranges and yellows. Prunus tomentosa or Downy Cherry looks lovely in a woodland setting or as part of a collection of shrubs.
