Description
A set of four Professional Pudding Moulds made of robust carbon steel with a non-stick coating for easy food release and cleaning. The wide rim at the top allows a foil or greaseproof parchment cover to be tied securely around it for steaming. Ideal for sponges, crumbles and all kinds of puddings, including Christmas pudding. Good to know: Dishwasher safe but hand-washing is recommended for the best care of the non-stick coating. In the dishwasher, avoid the highest temperature cycles if possible, avoid abrasive cleaning tablets and, with care, retrieve bakeware from the dishwasher as soon as the cycle is finished.
