Normal everyday use and external agents may reduce the lustre of gemstones and gold surfaces. To maintain, use specific, non-abrasive products specially meant for cleaning jewellery. Each Pomellato piece comes with a two-year warranty and covers manufacturing faults only. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents and natural alterations or modifications deriving from normal wear. If any jewels have been worked on by unauthorised laboratories, Pomellato reserves the right not to carry out repairs.
