When you first get your BioBand, sync it to your smartphone to set the time and create your account. The BioBand comes in 4 fun colours: blue, red, green, and black. The BioBand strap is made from comfortable silicone so it can sit on your wrist throughout the day and night without being uncomfortable. To get the most out of your BioBand download the ‘MovNow Plus’ app from the Android or Apple store and enable your Bluetooth.
