It has a stainless steel blade with a sturdy ergonomically designed plastic handle with a thumb grip for comfortable holding and use. It's dishwasher safe for fuss-free cleaning. An angled blade helps to keep the hand and fingers away from the surface of the cake, dessert or savoury item, preventing damage to the surface of the coating.
