Pas Normal Studios Essential Insulated Gilet Lightweight, soft and packable, the Pas Normal Studios Essential Insulated Gilet makes a great choice during the cooler months or on unpredictable days. Pertex Quantum is a ripstop fabric that creates an excellent barrier to the wind, and light rain thanks to a PFC-free DWR treatment. Panels of Polartec Alpha insulation are strategically placed to keep the core warm without compromising breathability. Silicone elastic has been applied inside the waist hem to hold the gilet in place, and the garment includes two zipped pockets, one on the chest and one on the rear-side, to keep valuables secure. A two-way zipper allows quick cooling and easy access to jersey pockets, and if the conditions improve, the gilet will pack down small for storage. Please note: Due to a recent product name change by Pas Normal Studios, the item that you receive may be named Essential Insulated Gilet or Essential Stow Away Gilet. The two products will be otherwise identical.
