Created by the famous Verner Panton in 1969, Panto Pop armchairs were designed for the legendary Visiona II exhibition which took place in 1970 in Cologne. Produced in very limited quantities at the time, Panto Pop armchairs are now reissued by Verpan. And they haven't aged a bit! With its round lines and very seventies look, the Panto Pop armchair is ideal for creating a very trendy lounge area both inside and out. Guaranteed to impress around a coffee table! Lightweight, UV- and weather-resistant, this armchair can be easily moved from the living room to the terrace according to the seasons and your requirements. Ideal for living outside and in! Verner Panton is one of the most famous designers of the last century. He excelled in the modern, futuristic style. His creations really left their mark on the 1960s. Today, his most famous creations are still in production and on display in the most prestigious museums. Recognised by his peers, Verner Panton has received numerous awards, including the International Design Award (three times in 1963, 1981 and 1986), the “Deutsche Auswahl” (five times between 1981 and 1984), Denmark’s Dansk Designgråd Årspris in 1991, and the Norwegian Design Prize in 1992.
