Put Joes Yellow Gel Tyre Sealant into your inner tube (use the adaptor provided and squeeze the bottle into the valve) and it will find and fill any small puncture holes up to 3mm in size, stopping you from running on flats. One tube will do for all three wheels of your Out N About Nipper pushchairs, just spread the gel in between all the tyres when you use it and rotate the wheels to spread evenly, but you don?t have to use it just for the Nipper; the gel will also work on smaller air-filled tyres of other brands, as well as bikes and balance bikes too. Using this gel, your tyres are protected for up to 12 months. It?s a much cheaper alternative to sourcing and replacing inner tubes and wheels and keeps you on the move for longer!
