It can be used from birth all the way up to a maximum weight of 36kg. (approximately 10/11 years), from the initial rear-facing position fror newborns, then transitioning to forward-facing for toddlers upwards of 9kg. As your child grows, the 5-point safety harness is removed so that the seat can be used as a high back booster. The headrest also adjusts to help facilitate this growth. Features Cosy well-padded seat insert making the seat really comfortable for your baby. Rearward-facing up to 13kg (approximately 2 years). Recline when rearward-facing. Forward-facing from 9kg up to 36kg. Two adjustable positions when forward facing. Once the child reaches approx. 18kg , you can remove the harness and the car seat then becomes a high back booster with a recline. Top tether not required when used as a high back booster.
