The Oren 18' x 6' Overlap Modular Custom Pent Shed has been designed for easy assembly. This shed can be customised allowing you to place the doors and windows in any position, making them suitable for any garden. Manufactured from high quality 10mm thick overlap cladding, that has a particularly large 40mm overlap in order to minimise timber movement and create a stronger, longer lasting product. This shed comes with toughened safety glass as standard, and a Premium High Performance Felt with special polyester backing, ensuring it lasts longer and doesn't ripple or tear easily. Tongue and groove floor and roof Your shed floor and roof is made from 12mm thick tongue and groove timber. No budget timber such as OSB or chipboard are used! Rustic Overlap Cladding Your shed is made from high grade 10mm thick overlap cladding. It has an particularly large 40mm overlap in order to minimise timber movement and create a stronger, longer lasting product. Toughened glass Any Oren shed with windows come with toughened safety glass as standard. The toughening process improves the structural durability and thermal strength of the glass, in turn increasing its resilience and ability to withstand heat. Toughened glass is 500% more resistant to heat and shock than ordinary glass. The glass is already internally beaded so you don't have to fit the glass yourself and PVC sills complete the window units to stop water ingress and provide a stunning finish. Galvanised ironmongery All Oren sheds come with galvanised hinges, turn buttons and door pull so the shed lasts longer and minimises oxidisation. Galvanising is a coat with a protective layer of zinc in order to protect it from rust and other damage. Premium High Performance Felt The shed is complete with a high performing waterproof felt with special 'polyester' backing ensuring it lasts longer and doesn't ripple or tear easily.
