The Oren 12' x 4' Modular Shiplap Pent Pub Shed is the perfect little escape you've been looking for, this versatile shed gives you somewhere to store all your garden tools, as well as giving you a place to entertain friends and family. The serving hatch makes this the ideal building for serving drinks, it comes in a range of different sizes to suit any size garden. The building is completely adaptable allowing you to position the door on either side. The shed is fitted with turn buttons on the inside to secure the window hatches making it safe for storage in the winter months. A 2 ft front roof overhang has also been added for additional protection. All Oren Pub Sheds are made from 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber including the floor and roof to provide extra strength and durability. The heavy-duty framing on this building has been rounded at each corner to give it a stunning finish. This Pub Shed comes with Premium High Performance Felt with special polyester backing, ensuring it lasts longer and doesn't ripple or tear easily. Tongue and groove throughout All Oren Pub Sheds are made from 12mm thick shiplap tongue and groove timber. Even the floor and roof are 12mm tongue and groove to give extra strength and durability. Shiplap cladding has the additional feature of a small profile at the top of each board. This little channel, allows water to run off the summer house quicker than normal tongue and groove. This also helps the summer house dry quickly after exposure to rain, helping to protect it from any water damage. Galvanised ironmongery All Oren Pub Sheds come with galvanised hinges, turn buttons and door pull so the summer house lasts longer and minimises oxidisation. Galvanising is a coat with a protective layer of zinc in order to protect it from rust and other damage. Premium High Performance Felt The Pub Shed is complete with a high performing waterproof felt with special 'polyester' backing ensuring it lasts longer and doesn't ripple or tear easily. The felt is saturated with a protective coating called bitumen (asphalt), which repels water but still allows the product to breathe.
