Add to your weight set with this set of two cast iron 10kg weights from Opti. They will allow you to add real intensity to your workout as you progress up through different weights. Ideal for the next step in your weight training, these are best used with 2.5cm bars for a really tough session. Suitable for use with 2.5cm diameter dumbbell and barbell bars. The opti 10kg cast iron weight plates have the 1 inch standard holes. The diameter of the weights is 25.5cm and the thickness is 4cm. Total weight 20kg. Size H25.5, W25.5, D4cm.
