This is a French inspired product that is made from solid mango wood finished in a grey wash with Queen Anne legs. To give this product an aged and well-worn effect this product will include marks in the wood and indentations, this should not be confused with defects. You may find differences in wood grain appearance, this is a natural effect created during the maturing process. As the tree grows the older sections in the tree develop thicker, clearer grain patterns. Your furniture may be made from several different trees creating the contrast of markings. Knotting is the most common markings and is a fingerprint of natural wood. These vary in size and occur frequently in natural wood products. This is why every piece of furniture is unique, no two pieces will be quite the same, unlike mass produced, veneered or foil laminated furniture.
