The has a low-power cooking function for slower cooking and it's fully serviceable body for easy maintenance. That means you'll see better flame performance while cooking at any temperature and you'll also have more control over how you cook in your Karu 16. The Ooni Karu 16 Gas Burner comes with a regulator including a gas hose for use with propane gas. It can only be used with the oven door off the oven and the chimney flue on.
