The Nukeproof Reactor has gone nuclear for the new model year, smashing into 2021 with a number of coveted media awards under its belt and a host of intelligent design features that ensure the Reactor works a treat on the most technical trails. A short-travel, aggressive all-mountain shredder, the Nukeproof Reactor employs a revolutionary, progressive, kinematic suspension system that works to provide a highly rewarding, comfortable and efficient ride whether it be trail centre laps or all day enduros. Additional suspension alteration is provided by the 'flip chip' adjustable geometry feature. The flip chip offers 2 settings (Trail and Rail). The trail option is ideal for rides with changeable terrain and a mixture of climbs and descents. The rail setting drops the bottom bracket 6mm and slackens the head degree angle by half a degree to maximize descending qualities and enhance the handling of the Reactor as it flies down the track. The 2021 Reactor is available in alloy or carbon frames, with the carbon option being reported to be the stiffest and lightest ever produced by the brand. You can opt for quick-rolling 29" wheels or the accuracy and control of the 27.5" option. There are a multitude of spec options (Comp, Pro, Elite, Factory, RS and ST) with the quality of the components increasing as you move up through the price points. All models are backed up by a strong selection of SRAM/Shimano technology, grippy Maxxis tyres and a host of Nukeproof parts.
