For those riders that are constantly pursuing the next off-road challenge, the Nukeproof Giga 290 RS 2022 Carbon Full Sus MTB is ideal. The combination of a lightweight carbon frame, excellent full suspension system and quality components, means that the MTB is at home on the most rugged of terrain. The Giga's quality begins with a UD 700/800 Carbon fibre frame which optimises stiffness and compliance as well as minimising weight. The front triangle has been designed for stability, whilst the rear triangle has been constructed to improve tracking and grip. The rear triangle has also been made with a lower unsprung mass to enhance suspension performance. The Nukeproof also features an excellent suspension system. A RockShox Zeb Ultimate Charger 2.1 RC2 with 180mm of travel and RockShox Super Deluxe Ultimate RCT Coil 170mm rear shock have been combined to create a suspension that is super supple off the top, whilst being supportive in the mid stroke and progressive throughout the rest of the travel. Nukeproof have also designed the MTB with Anti-Squat which ensures that you can send it on the descents but climb efficiently on tough ascents. The suspension is also highly adjustable, as riders can alter the Kinematic progressivity; so the bike can be tailored to suit the conditions on the trail with only an 8mm allen key. A 12-speed SRAM XO1 AXS Eagle groupset offers crisp and responsive transmission, whilst SRAM Code RSC hydraulic disc brakes boast strong and reliable braking in the dry and the wet, ensuring that you maintain control at all times.
