Dimmable wall lamp Buddy wall from Northern - always there when you need it The wall lamp Buddy wall is intended for direct lighting. It does not matter whether it is mounted on a column, a support or simply on interior walls. Due to the restrained contours and the flowing shape, it blends very well into the background, allowing the surroundings to come to the fore. The Buddy wall is equipped with the characteristic multidirectional shade and presents itself in a timeless, always modern look. The built-in dimmer allows the light intensity to be influenced and optimally adjusted to the existing situation. Due to its colour, it integrates easily into many common furnishing styles and is literally a small accessory. The Buddy wall lamp was designed in 2017 by the Danish designer Mads Sætter-Lassen, who graduated from the renowned design school of the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen. He considers himself a proponent of democratic design, with his emphasis on simplicity and functionality. He prefers to emphasize the beauty and integrity of materials before unnecessarily ornamenting them or incorporating elaborate details that would distract from the essentials. Northern's idea and mission statement lies in the fact that they combine pale beauty with rough contrasts and traditional craftsmanship. They place great emphasis on natural materials and craftsmanship. Combining the beauty with the functional is not always easy. Northern's goal is to create works of art that fit uncompromisingly into contemporary, but also traditional spaces.
