With an archive as extensive and grail filled as Nike’s, it’s easy to see why it serves as inspiration so often. And it’s the case with this version of Sergio Lozano’s Air Max 95, too. The uppers — which are cut from a mixture of materials — feature gradient shades of dark grey to white across their anatomy-inspired panelling, while red accents feature throughout, as well, to nod to the OG Comet colourway. There are subtle tributes to Japan thrown in there, too, with cherry blossom patterning worked into the heels, insoles and outsoles.
