The Off-White x Nike Air Zoom NEXT% “Solar Red” is one of three debut colorways of the progressive lifestyle shoe designed in collaboration with Virgil Abloh’s streetwear brand. A continuation of one of the most successful footwear partnerships in sneaker culture, the Off-White and Nike pairing comes together on one of Nike’s most evolutionary designs yet: the Air Zoom NEXT%, a woven, sock-like shoe that features Off-White’s signature industrial branding amid other avant-garde modifications. A white Swoosh appears as if it were painted onto the shoe on the lateral side. Solar Red accenting can be found on the top of the tongue and on the rubber “spikes” on the outsole, a design trait lifted from Virgil’s prior Nike running shoe collaborations. Nike’s Air Zoom technology is incorporated into the foam midsole. Release date: July 23, 2021
