Taking cues from the success of their first collaborative shoe, the 2002 chunky dad sneaker model sports a bold oceanic colourway and luxe construction. This is one sneaker to be proud of. This watery design sees layers of azure hued shag suede layered upon teal toned nubuck and aqua smooth leather and contrasting breathable earthy mesh, whilst panels of luxe rusty leather adorn the tongue and heel collar. Unexpected additions bring this design together, from the neon green swirl print inserted into the cutout heel, shaggy branded New Balance N across the lateral, and finally the medial side panels and dual-branded tongue. Underfoot, a chunky white Nergy infused sole sports golden flecks with additional green inserts littered throughout.
