OPI Nail Varnish - Princesses Rule O.P.I Princesses Rule is a very light pink shimmer. Its very sheer but also quite sparkly leaving the nail feeling and looking soft with a glittery shine. Easy to apply to nails with the new pro wide brush producing a smooth matte finish look. Directions of use: To apply, begin at the centre of your nail, approximately a couple of mm from your cuticle let the bristles fan out for maximum coverage and with each brush stroke, brush out to the free edge.
