Nadine Aysoy's 18kt gold ear climber cuff earrings are from the Catena collection, named after the Italian word for 'chain', inspired by themes of connection. They're handcrafted with a 0.81ct cluster of princess, pear and marquise-cut white diamonds artfully arranged to create the illusion of a single stone - a signature of the designer - then are affixed to long bars so they can be positioned on different parts of the ear.
