Nadine Aysoy's 18kt gold Illusion earrings are from the the Catena collection, named after the Italian word for 'chain', inspired by the importance of connection. They feature large oval links and are adorned with white pear-cut diamonds totalling 0.75ct and princess-cut diamonds totalling 0.14ct, arranged closely to form a heart and appear like a single stone, one of the designer's signatures.
