Description
Nadine Aysoy’s Catena collection is named after the Italian word for ‘chain’ and unites contemporary and vintage 1970s inspirations, resulting in striking pieces such as this single ear cuff. It’s made in the designer’s Antwerp atelier from 18kt gold with rhodium-plated accents, two rows of pavé diamonds and a brilliant-cut stone in the centre, totalling 0.20ct.
