You can tighten pores without drying your skin with the Essential C Toner thanks to a blend of witch hazel and sodium PCA, a natural occurring skin moisturiser. Recommended For: Restoring balance Re-establishing normal pH levels Replenishing moisture and protecting skin from free radical damage Benefits: Coneflower and Liquorice Root extracts tone and brighten skin for a healthy radiance, while natural moisture factors condition and help skin retain healthy hydration levels.
