It is made from a unique combination of active ingredients and is formulated to rip through any dirt and oil in a matter of seconds without damaging the foam or glue.Directions for use:Remove filter and shake off any excess dirtShake the can and pour cleaner into a container (enough to cover filter)Soak filter for 1 to 2 minutesWearing workshop gloves, massage the filter in cleanerNow squeeze the filter and put back in the cleaner (never twist the filter!)Submerge in warm water and then thoroughly rinse with cold waterAllow to dry fully before applying oil.
