He moves to New York and begins injecting his small town values into the company and the city. Meanwhile, a New York tabloid TV reporter, Babe (Ryder), is sent undercover as a small-town girl to do an expose but her true feelings come out which is the best story of them all. Updated version of the classic Mr. Deeds Goes to Town (1936) starring Gary Cooper and directed by Frank Capra.
