Description
Fitted with a 414cc Mountfield ST400 engine, the 1530H has hydrostatic transmission, a 33inch (84cm) cutting width and a large 240 litre rear grass collector. The anti-scalp wheels on the cutter deck allows it to 'float' over the ground, preventing 'scalping' and giving a cleaner cut. The Mountfield 1530H is ideal if you're new to the world of ride on mowing. With an overall width of just over a metre, this tractor is perfect for smaller gardens that require a ride on mower but also need it to fit through narrower gates and paths. Fitted with hydrostatic transmission that includes a reverse gear, the 1530H also has a turning circle of just 180cm, equalling that of a smaller compact ride on machine meaning it's ideal for mowing around trees, paths and borders. These lawn tractors cut wider than their wheel width allowing you to get closer to border edges and paths, leaving little trimming to do once the lawns have been mowed. With 7 cutting height ranging through 25-80mm, you can ensure you always get the perfect height of cut for your lawn. With a simple cutter deck engagement system that allows the user to simply pull the control switch for 'on' and then push it back in for 'off'. A mulch plug can be purchased as an optional extra with the 1530H. Mulching is ideal for areas being cut on a more regular basis as it cuts and then re-cuts the grass in to tiny clippings that are then blown back on to the lawn.
