This protective outer is combined with PrimaLoft Gold Hi-Loft Ultra synthetic insulation that utilises Cross Core aerogel technology, making it highly thermal efficient even when wet. It is also lightweight, fast-drying, and unaffected by constant packing and unpacking – easy to throw over a shell at a freezing belay or while stopping to refuel without worrying about it getting wet. The Mountain HC hood is fully adjustable and can be worn over a climbing helmet, with a stiffened visor to maintain your field vision when wearing goggles.
