Its unique seat-less design ups the intensity, making your lower body really work for it as you adjust the resistance to challenge your quads, glutes and more! You can select your body position, which ranges from upright (ideal for beginners) to plank for more advanced users and switch between resistance using the easy dial, going all the way up to 8 to work up a real sweat. As you build up endurance, you can begin to tilt the position forward, which will involve your upper body more and target different muscles for a full body workout! The ergonomically designed handlebars and toe clips provide support and stability whilst you exercise. The handlebars are also fitted with pulse pads for an indication of which heart zone youre currently working in.
