Montblanc Watch Heritage Pythagore Small Second Limited Edition 128667 In celebration of one of Minvera’s most legendary movements, the Minerva calibre No. 48, Montblanc has recreated its configuration by following the Golden Ratio principle, as demonstrable by the Pythagorean Theorem, and launched the Manufacture Calibre MB M14.08. Housed within this limited edition Montblanc Heritage Pythagore Small Second watch, the manual winding movement boasts the same five-point branch star architecture as its predecessor alongside central hands for hours and minutes, a small seconds subsidiary dial and an impressive 80 hour power reserve. It’s breathtaking construction can also be viewed through the luxury watch’s exhibition case back. The Montblanc Heritage Pythagore Small Second Limited Edition watch shields the movement within an opulent 18 carat rose gold case which measures to 39mm in diameter and offers a neat water resistant rating of 50 metres. At the centre, the men’s Montblanc watch showcases a gorgeous smoked caramel detailed with rose gold applied indexes and dauphine-shaped hands, both of which are treated with Superluminova coating. The dial also maintains the aesthetic of previous Montblanc Heritage watches with a grained hours ring and a snailed centre interrupted by a unique small seconds counter. The Minerva name can also be spotted on the dial in the form of a secret signature between 4 and 5 o’clock. To complete the 148 piece limited edition watch, a brown Sfumato alligator leather strap is added secured by a matching solid rose gold pin buckle.
