Gore-Tex® is a highly breathable, fully waterproof and windproof membrane with microscopic pores about 20,000 times smaller than a drop of water but 700 times larger than a water vapour molecule. This prevents water from penetrating while allowing vapour to escape. PrimaLoft® GOLD insulation is the highest quality hybrid of 30% ultra-fine Primaloft fibres and 70% water repellent down for outstanding warmth in the most extreme conditions. It offers the same warmth as 750+ fill power down, maintains 95% of its warmth when wet, dries 4x faster and is lightweight, breathable and environmentally friendly.
