Mizuno JPX 923 Hot Metal Hi Launch Golf Iron - Steel The Mizuno JPX 923 Hot Metal Hi Launch Irons have been created to allow golfers who may play with moderate swing speeds or aggressive shaft leans to create higher launching shots for greater distance and ball flight on long irons shots approaching the greens. A new 4335 Nickle Chromoly material has been used in the construction of these Mizuno Irons to allow for amazing ball speed to be created. This power is due to the strength of the material being 35% stronger than in previous iterations while also being 8% thinner than previous designs which allows for much more energy to be transferred through to a golf ball for higher ball speeds that can easily be created. To allow golfers to create even faster shots using these Mizuno irons, a new V-Chassis has been added to offer a solid vibration pattern with every shot for greater control, and the thinnest part of the sole on this club has been extended by 18% to be made winder. This larger area allows for much more consistent ball speed to be generated across the club face thanks to the high-energy area being increased. A seamless cup face has been used in the design to allow for a much deeper centre of gravity in the clubhead so that high launched shots can be created for a much more controllable landing angle to keep your golf ball stopping quickly on the fairways and greens.
